Arsenal were not completely outplayed. They had chances, moments of control, and even managed to respond after going behind. But football at the highest level is about taking your opportunities, and once again Arsenal failed to do that in a game that mattered most. Manchester City showed why they remain champions. They stayed calm under pressure, took advantage of Arsenal’s mistakes, and found a way to win. Arsenal, on the other hand, looked nervous in the key moments.
